For every bag of Humble Chips we sell we remove 2 times that amount of plastic from the environment!
Certified Organic
Offering a certified organic potato chip means that everything – how all the ingredients are grown, then cooked and seasoned – is carefully monitored to ensure the certification. For that reason, organic farmers need to adhere to more stringent farming protocols without the use of conventional chemical pesticides or genetically modified ingredients (No GMOs). Yet on that front, we have super passionate farming partners who have dedicated their blood, sweat, tears, and livelihoods to growing organic food for us.
Skins on, zero waste
It turns out that by using the entire potatoes (skins on), we’re not only reducing food waste, but there’s a bonus of color, texture, and flavor!
Light & Crispy
The goal for Humble chips was to look & taste like a traditionally cooked potato chip, but even crispier. So we cut them thin and cook them traditionally. That is to say that unlike kettle cooking where the chips are batch-fried in still oil, ours are continuously cooked moving along lightly at the top of the high quality organic sunflower oil and then quickly along to be seasoned.

Our no-compromise organic seasonings are designed by an internationally certified chef who has a passion for designing flavors for potato chips specifically – and he just so happens to be our brother!. Our chips are lightly dusted with organic seasonings – striking a subtle balance that lets the beautiful flavors stand out, while allowing the natural butteryness of the organic potato to shine through.
